The wallpaper is made from non-woven material and is non self-adhesive. It is printed in multiple panels, with the number of panels varying based on the wall size. The design is digitally printed in high-definition using eco-friendly, child-safe inks, and colours may vary slightly depending on the chosen wallpaper finish.

Suitable for smooth finished walls, wood, or MDF panels

Surface must be clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, or uneven textures

Oil-based paint or primer should be applied at least 10 days prior to installation for best results

Walls should be even and properly prepared to ensure seamless panel alignment

Recommended for indoor use only

Avoid areas exposed to direct sunlight, excessive moisture, or harsh weather conditions

Samples are delivered within 5–8 business days (additional charges apply)

A preview of the wallpaper (as per your dimensions) is shared within 3–4 business days

Printing and dispatch are completed within 4–7 business days after preview approval

Pan India delivery: 5–7 business days post dispatch

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances

In case of an approved return, a credit note (excluding shipping charges) will be issued, valid for 12 months

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference. Each order undergoes a thorough quality check before dispatch.

However, in the rare case of:

• Damage during transit, or
• Receipt of an incorrect item
  

We will offer a replacement or a credit note.

Return Process

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup from your address

The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered

A replacement will be shipped within 7–10 working days after receiving the returned item

A credit note will be issued (after deducting shipping charges), valid for 12 months on our website

Keep away from direct sunlight for prolonged periods to prevent colour fading

Avoid installation in high-humidity areas such as bathrooms or damp walls

Handle with care to preserve the canvas texture and finish
