Production Timelines
All our artworks are made to order. Production timelines are as follows:

Art Prints: 14 working days

Paintings & Mixed Media Artworks: 25–30 working days
Shipping Timelines
We ship via reliable delivery partners. After dispatch, the average delivery time is 5–7 working days, though it may take up to 14 working days depending on your location.
Cancellations & Refunds

We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

In case of an approved return, we offer a credit note for the order value (excluding shipping), valid for 1 year.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference. We conduct a thorough quality check before shipping your order. However, if:

The artwork is damaged in transit, or

You receive an incorrect item,
We’re happy to offer an exchange or issue a credit note.

Return Process
Once your request is approved:
- We will arrange a pickup from your address.
- Please ensure the artwork is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
- A replacement will be sent within 7–10 working days of receiving the returned item.
- Alternatively, we will issue a credit note after deducting shipping charges, valid for 12 months on our website.
