Shipping & Returns

Your orders are always freshly printed and framed!

Since all our products are made to order, all unframed products are dispatched within 4-5 working days and framed orders are dispatched within 7-10 working days.

We ship our products using delivery partners. The average time taken for delivery is 4-5 days after the products are dispatched (however, it may take up to 7 days depending on your location).

Your print goes in production once you have placed your order with us. Since we follow a made-to-order business policy, we do not accept cancellations.

We do a thorough quality check before sending our orders but if the order gets damaged in transit or you receive a wrong item, we accept returns.

Any damaged or wrong product delivered must be communicated to us via email within 5 days of receiving the item. To return or exchange please email us on with the following details:

(i) Subject Title - Return / exchange
(ii) Reason for return
(iii) Order Number & date of receiving the order
(iv) Please include a photo with your request as visual aid to back up your claim.

Once your return is approved, a pick up is arranged by us. Please make sure that the product is unused and in the same condition in which you received it, including the original packaging. A replacement is sent within 7-10 working days of receiving the returned package. Alternatively, we can issue a credit amount of your order value, after deducting the shipping fee, which can be redeemed on our website within a year. In case you would like a refund, your order value, after deducting the shipping fee, will be refunded to your bank account within 15 days of receiving the returned item.
