We ship to all locations in India.

For intenational shipping requirements please leave us an email with the details of the art print you are interested in (title of the art print), your location and any other relevant details at info@theartemist.com, and we shall get back to you shortly.

Unframed Art Prints ship within 4-5 working days

Gallery Wrap & Framed Art Prints ship within 7-10 working days

(Please note: Sometimes delays in shipping may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We shall endeavour to keep you updated and will do everything on our end to get you your orders on time)

We do a thorough quality check before sending our orders but if the order gets damaged in transit or you receive a wrong item, we accept returns.

Any damaged or wrong product delivered must be communicated to us via email within 5 days of receiving the item. To return or exchange please email us on info@theartemist.com with the following details:

(i) Subject Title - Return / exchange
(ii) Reason for return
(iii) Order Number & date of receiving the order
(iv) Please include a photo with your request as visual aid to back up your claim.

Once your return is approved, a pick up is arranged by us. Please make sure that the product is unused and in the same condition in which you received it, including the original packaging. A replacement is sent within 7-10 working days of receiving the returned package. Alternatively, we can issue a credit amount of your order value, after deducting the shipping fee, which can be redeemed on our website within a year. In case you would like a refund, your order value, after deducting the shipping fee, will be refunded to your bank account within 15 days of receiving the returned item.

All our products are designed and manufactured in Kolkata, India.

Custom made design options are only available on bulk orders of minimum 10 art prints or of value above Rs 30,000/-, whichever is higher.

As of now, on Studio Artemist, we only sell art prints. These are high quality art prints on paper and canvas, designed by our creative team.

We accept the following modes of payment :-

(a) Credit/Debit Card
(b) Net Banking
(c) UPI & Wallets
(d) COD

Sometimes due to technical difficulties such as bank servers being down, there might be some issues in payment. Email us on info@theartemist.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quick as possible.

Your print goes in production once you have placed your order with us. Since we follow a made-to-order business policy, we do not accept cancellations.
