Your piece is framed in-house with precision finishing and structural care to
ensure there is no damage.

Hand Embroidery & Mixed Media

Our in-house artisans meticulously hand-embroider every stitch. No two pieces
are ever identical. Each piece is made after we receive the order by our
artists, resulting in a slightly longer timeline but a fresh piece made just
for you.

Fresh Paintings

Original artworks are painted after your order is confirmed.  You receive a freshly created piece, not
stored inventory. Therefore, there is no dents, chips or damages on our art
pieces when they reach you.

Careful Packaging & Dispatch

Every artwork is inspected, securely packed and safely shipped to you with love
and care. Behind every piece there are so many hands and minds involved to get
the artwork safely from our e-commerce store to your space.

Production Timelines

All our artworks are made to order. Production timelines are as follows:

  Art Prints: 14 working days

  Paintings & Mixed Media Artworks: 25–30 working days
  

Shipping Timelines

We ship via reliable delivery partners. After dispatch, the average delivery time is 5–7 working days, though it may take up to 14 working days depending on your location.

Cancellations & Refunds

  We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed.

  We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

  In case of an approved return, we offer a credit note for the order value (excluding shipping), valid for 1 year.
  

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference. We conduct a thorough quality check before shipping your order. However, if:

We’re happy to offer an exchange or issue a credit note.

Return Process

Once your request is approved:

• We will arrange a pickup from your address.
  
• Please ensure the artwork is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
  
  
• A replacement will be sent within 7–10 working days of receiving the returned item.
  
• Alternatively, we will issue a credit note after deducting shipping charges, valid for 12 months on our website.
