Pathetic Experience

I have been waiting for this delivery to happen for close to a month now and it’s still not delivered. How do you expect me to give a review or a feedback of something that is not even delivered. Despite multiple complaints and concerns raised both to the brand and the shiping partner ,,, there is no resolution. I am getting mails from shiprocket as a delivery partner and I get calls from Amazon as late as 11:30 pm in the night for delivery attempted at my office address. Today a delivery person from Amazon came , my driver went there to receive and was denied the package because Amazon OTPs couldn’t be sent to me for verification. The how the hell have you marked this item as delivered?
